Each row of the table represents a single imaging experiment. The experiments are grouped by gene. To expand or collapse the rows for a gene, click the triangle at the far left of the row.

Clicking a row under the column heading WB Gene ID will take you to the Wormbase description of the gene.

Clicking a row under the column heading Construct will display extensive metadata for the imaging experiment

Clicking a row under the column heading Expression Tree will display a larger version of the thumbnail image of the expression tree.

Clicking a row under the column heading Images will take you to a page which allows viewing of individual images and tracking of cells. This can take a minute or so to load.

Clicking a row under the column heading Movies will download an AVI file showing a movie of the entire imaging experiment.

The menu item View->Expression Trees will display a comparison of the expression trees for selected experiments. Selecting a experiment is best done by clicking in either the Gene column or the Count column. Multiple selection is enabled

You can download all the images and annotations for a set of selected experiments. Downloading images will take time as each experiment will contain over 2 GB of data.
